Our warranty covers the products to be free of material or workmanship defects for the specified period from the original date of purchase.

Not covered under this warranty
The warranty does not cover items damaged from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic wear, improper cleaning, damage from undue strain placed on the fabric or closures, misuse of the product, products purchased on clearance, products with faults detailed on the item description. 

Replacement of defective products
If your product is deemed defective, Bow Horse USA will repair or replace the product with the same or similar style. 

Filing a claim
To file a claim under warranty, please contact us at info@bowhorseusa.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Name on order
• Product name and description
• Explanation of the fault
• Clear photos that show the entire product
• Clear photos of the fault
• Batch number (found on the tag of the blankets)

If your item needs further evaluation, you may be required to return the item for further inspection. If a product is required to be returned for inspection, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the claim is accepted, Bow Horse USA will cover all shipping costs.

Please note we do try to resolve issues without the need for return where possible.
